This policy describes how PharmaForward LLC (“PharmaForward,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you visit pharmaforward.com or contact us through this site.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site or email us, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, work email address, company or website, and the contents of your message. We use it to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement follows, to conduct business with you. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Analytics and cookies
We may use privacy-respecting web analytics (such as Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization) to understand how this site is used in aggregate — pages visited, approximate region, and referral source. This data is not used to identify you personally. This site stores a single preference in your browser’s local storage to remember your light/dark theme choice; it contains no personal information and is never transmitted to us.
Analytics are governed by Google Consent Mode. For visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, analytics cookies are denied by default and load only after you opt in; visitors elsewhere can decline at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Google tags on this site are served first-party through Google Tag Gateway, which routes tag traffic through our own domain rather than directly from Google. This improves measurement accuracy and performance; it does not change what is collected or your consent choices.
Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and charting libraries from public CDNs; those providers may receive your IP address as a technical consequence of serving the files. Form submissions are processed by our form provider on our behalf. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of external sites we link to.

Health information
This site is intended for biopharma marketing and analytics professionals. It does not collect patient health information, and nothing on this site should be submitted that contains protected health information (PHI).
